Refunds and Returns
iota takes great pride in the quality of both our products and our customer service. If you have an issue with a product that we have built, we would appreciate the opportunity to come up with a satisfying solution.
If an item was not delivered in “as described” or “as guaranteed” condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item. Refund will be issued after item is returned and inspected for condition. Shipping cost may or may not be refunded dependent on the situation.
We want our customers to be pleased with their iota experience. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our office (979.229.4664) and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. All returns must have prior approval from iota and will be assigned an RA number and paperwork to go with the return. Returns must be received no later than 10 business days from date of RA and will be inspected for condition before any refund or exchange occurs.
Cancellation of orders may be done by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling one of our customer service representatives at 979.229.4664. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 2-business days unless otherwise noted on the product page, or a backorder notice has been sent. We understand that individual situations may vary, so please contact our customer service department to discuss cancellation options.
Every iota product comes with a 5-year warranty to the original registered owner. Warranty does not cover parts or problems caused by user neglect.
